How much does the tag cost? Will I be charged every year?
Like every other specialty tag, the Curing Childhood Cancer tag costs $50 and will cost $50 each year that you renew the tag. Personalization is included in this cost, so you may personalize your tag at no additional charge.

What if I have two vehicles? May I buy a tag for each car?
Yes! We encourage you to purchase the tag for all your vehicles, as each purchase will count toward research funding. You will simply need to purchase a tag for each vehicle – so be sure to bring the necessary tag and vehicle registration information for each car when you visit the tag office.

When will I actually receive my tag?
You can pick up your Curing Childhood Cancer tag as you purchase it at your local tag office.

What if my local tag office does not have information regarding this tag?
All tag offices in the state of Alabama have the necessary information for the Curing Childhood Cancer car tag. If necessary, ask for a supervisor to assist you and tell them that the secondary tag type code is 60.
